Dear Reader,

During my time at Samsung Design Delhi, I was recognized with a Quarterly Award in Q3 2023 for exceptional performance and outstanding contributions to the team. I led a 3-member project to create 2 novel Multi-Device Experiences (MDE), with one concept voted top 3 in India quarterly meeting after being presented to the organization's Television UX Head and India MDs.

As a key contributor in approximately 10 projects spanning Patent Idea generation, XR Game development, TV Innovation, MDE, Smartwatch Innovation, Innovating for Gen Alpha, OS upgrade for Android Go, and improving dynamic focus on Mobile, I've helped shape the studio's design work across multiple platforms.

I led the studio's AI tool adoption with methodology creation and provided active support in the organization's tool & system migration. As an appointed Change Agent for Oct'23 – Oct'24, I worked on improving organizational culture by enhancing policy and processes. I also headed approximately 5 video creation projects for studio visibility at a global stage, including directing & anchoring a Vlog shown on the front page of Samsung's internal portal.

I created & hosted 'Coffee with Kai', inviting domain-agnostic tech experts for knowledge sharing sessions, and was twice awarded the Bright Vibes award during the 2022 and 2021 Annual Day for energizing & livening up the studio.
